Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle: purchase order creation, vendor negotiation, delivery scheduling and approval workflows in SAGE 300. Execute demand planning and inventory optimisation to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory; analyse usage data to identify slow-moving/obsolete stock. Maintain real-time inventory records; conduct regular stock-takes, cycle counts, and reconciliations to ensure system accuracy and minimise shrinkage. Manage inbound/outbound logistics, coordinate with freight agents and suppliers, and enforce storage, labelling, and documentation standards. Implement and continuously improve inventory control SOPs aligned with safety and operational KPIs.
