I oversee the complete lifecycle of marketing strategies, from initial planning to development and execution. I successfully launched the new identity of the Human Resources Development Fund and its awareness campaigns, activated the Marketing Ambassadors initiative to boost internal product marketing, and executed over 60 marketing campaigns. These efforts contributed to achieving 140% of the target number of new registrants within a short period and securing second place in the Campaign Pioneer Marketing Award.
