- Manage and direct the development of the effective management of finance and accounting to meet business direction as per policies and procedures. - Review reports and recommendations on major financial policy issues and problems as per policies and procedures. - Review and approve the financial statements on major projects on periodic basis. - Prepare Saraya Services Annual Budget. - Prepare Saraya Services Budgeted Investments Expenditures. - Comparison of monthly actual results to budgeted ones and reporting reasons for variances. - Evaluate all aspects of the post-transaction, giving special attention to the company's ability to achieve desired business objectives, such as financial exits, revenue targets, and market share goals. - Investigate financial statements and look for profitability and areas of concern.

- Managing the Group’s relations with banks. - Reviewing the consolidated financial position of the Group at each month end, to ensure proper closing of the accounts. - Reporting material weaknesses in the Group financial position to the Chairman. - Preparing monthly reports to the management of the Group showing the growth, profitability, liquidity and activity ratio indexes. - Presenting to the management of the Group monthly consolidated balance sheet, consolidated income statement and consolidated statement of cash flows to enable the management of the Group to properly assess the performance of the Group and to highlight the points of weaknesses - Assuring the compliance of the accounting policies of the Group with the International Financial Reporting Standards - Implementing adequately designed internal control measures - Reviewing the periodic budgets of the Group and assuring the alignment of the budget with the top management strategic objectives. - Proper supervision over the finance department personnel.
