Current PhD Candidate at the University of Iowa/ College of Pharmacy/ Department of Pharmaceutics and Translational Therapeutics (expected May, 2019). Graduated from College of Pharmacy/Baghdad University with Bachelor in pharmacy and a Master Degree in Pharmaceutics from University of Iowa/College of Pharmacy. My main research focuses on understanding of the conditions and mechanisms involved in nanoparticle uptake across epithelial barriers (mainly across the nasal mucosa). Other research focuses on investigation and optemizing of transdermal permeation of lipophilic drugs.
