Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate import/export shipments and monitor the movement of goods from origin to destination. Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation to ensure compliance with regulations. Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, and customs authorities to facilitate smooth clearance. Track shipments and provide updates to management and stakeholders on delivery status. Ensure timely customs clearance, minimizing delays and additional costs. Maintain accurate records of shipments, bills of lading, and clearance documents. Assist in resolving logistics-related issues, including customs disputes or transport delays. Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to align shipment schedules with operational needs.

Roles and Responsibilities : Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Making special shipping arrangements as necessary. Tracking and fixing shipping errors. Preparing bills and invoices. Managing distribution and shipment budgets. Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards. Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized.

Roles and Responsibilities: Receive and respond to customer contacts within specified guidelines (phone, email,reporting tools, Salesforce). Research and respond to product, service and problem resolution inquires within specified guidelines. Solicit and book export cargo via phone, e-booking, EDI. Ensure accurate processing of customer cargo information. Coordinate guarantees for demurrage between customer and appropriate business units. Coordinate and facilitate overweight cargo handling, Diversions, Detention in Transit for customers as required. Tracking, tracing, troubleshooting and late-gate coordination. Maintain customer records by updating account information in internal systems. Monitor and facilitate Bill of Lading changes & amendments for customers as required. Ensure changes are properly and accurately relayed to customer and/or others such as Dispatch, port facilities, Finance. Ensure all data is accurately entered into appropriate systems in a timely manner. Record reasons for changes and/or amendments in appropriate systems. Serve as a liaison between customers and dispatch, port facilities, RLMs, freight cashiers and others.
