Ritz-Carlton Hotel-Island. 1- Luxurious Villas, fitness centers, restaurants, children's centers, MEP hubs, Villa supports, temporary accommodation 2-Delegate tasks to team members according to their individual skill sets, experience and abilities to ensure efficient completion of the project. 3-Delivery (MEP and civil) works on island infrastructure that exceeds 6km in length, including CHWP, FF, irrigation, potable water, vacuum drainage systems, MV and LV cables, LC duct banks, precast & PE manholes. Surveying, excavation, MEP works, backfilling, mobilizing, equipment, tools, logistics, casting concrete manholes (on-site and remotely), thrustblock concrete, repairing concrete manholes, installing PE vacuum chambers are all part of this project. 4- Managing MEP materials to survive humid and slushy conditions along the Board Walk (tail, ring, curvatures and providing stress analysis accordingly. 5- Managing special MEP systems are met efficiently, like vacuum systems, solar, chillers, fans, pumps, EWH, SDBs, MDBs, MCC, SWGs, RMUs, transformers,..etc. 6- Conduct weekly technical, commercial, coordination, and BIM shop drawings meetings. 7- Employer Plans requirements fall under my scope, as logistics plans, mobilization plans, CEP, QC/QAplans, Risk register, RMP, NOC, stakeholders management plan and review third party management plans, such as those for CESMP, FLS, LEED, and T&C. 8- Integrate VO with QS department, project cost department, and employer requirements. 9- Develop adaily,weekly, monthly report with plan dept. 10- Hiring project team in compliance with ER and company policy 11-Make sure designer/consultant/logistics req. are falling under SOW. EOTs or VOs could be used if noncompliance. 12- Attend management and site meetings (project timeline, FFI&LLI, install, closeout, mitigation or acceleration plan, VO/payment issues, site workover, etc.). 13- Ensure that an emergency plan is developed and implemented for VIP client visits.

My responsibility was to manage all phases of the MEP building system. This included the initial client inquiries through the handover of the building to subcontractor Drake & Scull. Manage subcontractors and site implementation as per project requirements. This included oversight of the day-to-day operations on the site, as well as the coordination of all materials, equipment, and personnel. I was also responsible for coordinating with the architects and engineers to ensure that the design and construction plans were carried out in accordance with the specifications and timelines. I also had to liaise with the client regularly, providing updates on the progress of the project. I also had to be conscious of any potential risks or challenges during the project.

1- Undertake mechanical engineering design from concept through detailed design phases. This includes Cooling, HVAC systems, Water supply and drainage systems, Firefighting wetpipe sprinkler system, Pumps, EF/SF...etc. 2- Design of process piping systems and equipment layouts. Preparation of drawings and technical specifications. Supervision of installation and commissioning. 3- Technical submittal reviews, MIRs, RIWs, RFIs, Method statements, RIWs..etc. Interpretation of engineering drawings. Quality control and assurance. Troubleshooting and technical support. 4- Ensure that all mechanical installation work is completed in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards. Ensure that all construction activities are completed to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with other departments to resolve technical issues. 5- Monitor all mechanical activities. Investigate and report safety and quality issues. Evaluate safety and quality programs. 6- Troubleshooting and problem solving of process related issues. Maintenance of process-related documentation. Preparation of plant operation procedures. 7- Inspect mechanical equipment and attend factory acceptance tests. Thorough exams should happen every three months at a minimum.

1- Responsible for developing the best sales techniques to achieve sales target 2- Assist in the marketing and sales of HVAC equipment as well as providing sales strategies 3- Meeting with clients to discuss their needs and requirements, then preparing proposals that meet their requirements and specifications. 4-Ensure Company financial standards are maintained, including; but not limited to, profitability, productivity, payment schedules, subcontracts, terms, conditions, and accurate invoicing. 5-Ensure that all sales agreements are met and customers are happy with every aspect of the sale and post-sale follow-ups. 6-Creating proposals for upcoming projects or services, detailing all costs associated with the project 7-Provide solutions to clients with regard to DX and CHW air conditioners, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, and ventilation systems, collaborating with architects or engineers to develop custom solutions that comply with building codes and regulations. 8- Offering energy-saving products that can reduce clients' operating costs while maintaining comfort levels, such as programmable thermostats 9- Provide technical submittals according to project specs, site conditions, and budgets.
