Managing and supervising the execution of all departments plans. Daily communication with departments managers to faciloitate all day - to - day requirements of Safety and Security Operations and send reports to top management acordingly. Projects tendering, qualifying, and fulfillment of government requirements to win projects and execution of profitable projects.

Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities

Preparing quality management plan. Organizing team members responsibilities. Risks review. Supervising creation and maintenance of SOPs. Supervising calbration records maintenance. Ensuring compliance to ISO standards. Coordination with relevant departments and stakeholders for any non-conformities. Reporting for required CAPA (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions) based on RCA (Root Cause Analysis). Hunting the required continuous improvement actions and reporting based on a professional basis.
