Responsible for the leadership and the supervision of the PM and CM activities for electrical equipment such as Solar modules, Solar Trackers, Solar Inverters, LV/MV/HV Transformers, LV/MV/HV SWG, and Robotic Cleaning systems. Responsible for Plant monitoring of the operational process, plant availability, and plant performance. As well as following up on plant maintenance, HSE, and operational KPI. Responsible for preparing the daily plant reports and the daily communication with the load dispatch center, off-taker, and grid control center to maintain effective power delivery. Responsible for the processing and implementation of the management of change for the plant equipment, processes, and procedures. Responsible for the documentation management of IMS and PSM. Responsible for processing the plant procurement for spare parts, tools, third-party services, supporting manpower, through the S/4 HANA system and cash flow management. (Managing more than 300K OMR yearly) Authorized as permit-to-work issuer, receiver, and isolation authority personnel. Nominated as the permit-to-work champion and coordinator for the plant. Responsible for leading Internal and external audits and for closing the action points. Representing the company in external scientific and research events. Responsible for maintaining valid calibration and inspection certificates for the Firefighting system, Maintenance of electrical tools, Weather station sensors, Tarif meter.
