Corporate Head of Insurance Section Manage all Assets risk management including Operational agreements/ policies such as (Energy package, property/ construction all risks, Commercial general liability, Aviation, Marine cargo, off/ onshore TPL, B.I, Sabotage & terrorism, Cyber security, EL, WC and Health). Beside Insurances, having 10+ years in managing and fulfilling the Organization Human resources, Recruitment, Compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, CEP and Nationals development. Responsible for agreements Tendering (SOW, agreement, warranties, terms, conditions, RFP, evaluations, negotiation) Awarding (Contract issuance, protocols, policy, procedure and SLA) process. Carry out Risk Engineering survey & Assets Valuation in collaboration with Health & safety, Operation, Quality assurance and business continuity teams. Identify, evaluate risks, set adequate coverage, throughout organization agreements & policies Review/ verify contractor’s insurance articles with Legal team to set the required liabilities and indemnities. Manage all insurance matters with Brokers, Consultants, national/ International Underwriters and Reinsurers. Handle Claims cycles including assess, reports, evidential documentation, dealing with loss adjustors and certify payments accuracy. Reviewing international insurance market best practices to mitigate organization potential risks. Ensure that all short/ long-term agreements are in line with organization policies & procedures as well as financial transactions, cost allocations and profit shares to comply with Lenders, Shareholders and Stakeholders requirements. Implement, Design and Manage Automation Insurance system as well as platform to facilitate the Insurance business cycle process aligned with Organizational Digitalization objectives. Answerable of updates and conduct learning sessions to staff and business partners among the organization by providing semi-annual awareness sessions.

Handle all Suppliers Invoices and registrations by using Oracle and Great Plains systems. Process all Educations Assistance, Housing Allowance & all the other allowances. Process all deductions & Final Settlement. Reconciliation of Bank books, General ledger & Payroll. Process all Internal Expenses Claims. Dealing with all insurance policies (Health, Life & Property All Risks). Prepare All Financial Reports & Statistics required by management. Handling day to day bank transactions. Handling Petty Cash, Cheques, receipt and payments to the creditors as per credit policies. Play an important role in the Co-ordination between Finance Dept. & Human Resource. Issue all Purchase orders. Checking all delivery orders on daily basis & invoice it. Checking and controlling Fixed Assets & Capital expenditure situation. Prepare & update the monthly Payroll for all Employees including (Salaries, benefits, Overtime & Deductions). Processes approved merit increses and bonuses. Processes personal actions forms & Personal loans car loans. Processes Pension Payments to the Abu Dhabi Pension Fund. Undertake the responsibility of balance sheet, annual budget and documentation system. Reviews suppliers contract’s price and raises the appropriate contract financial status report for additional funds and determines the proper level of authority for approval

Prepare Insurance Policies such as (Health, Life and Fire & Property All Risks). Process Terms and conditions based on Company requirements. Ensures compliance of approved invoices / payment certificates with contract's terms and conditions, adequacy of supporting documents. Evaluated Insuracne programmes and recommended insurance coverage. Ensured accuracy of medical records by entering and maintaining date, billing and coding. Liaise with Hospital and Claims Dept’s to ensure accuracy and time frame.
