• Provide safety training seminars as required. • Maintain safety records: training, agreements, facilities safety requirements. • Maintain communications with the Warehouse Group Health Safety & Environment Officer and report on safety violations and bad practices. • Maintain and update safety check list and reports as necessary. • Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures • Sustain the corrective actions to eliminate repeat issues Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times • Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods • Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of materials meets customers timescales/requirements • Supervise and control order picking, goods in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage • In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, implement warehouse and management systems and working practices in line with best practice and continuous improvement • Monitor and review operational methods to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer service • Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant to Safety and Quality.

• Conduct a safety courses for the Ministry of Health employees all over the kingdom. • Analyze training needs and training effectiveness. • Devise a training marketing strategy • Train and develop Training team members. • Establish and foster relationships and partnerships with external suppliers, training providers, and legal and safety entities.

• Planning, managing and resolving customer requests and inquiries related to the operations that occur at a facility which may include facilities planning, design, construction, allocation of offices and furniture, food services, janitorial, landscaping, move services and maintenance or repair activities. • Office service activities such as mail services, forms management, reprographics and office supplies. • Coordinates the work of others on assignments and allocates work to and assists less experienced team members.

• Register all incident reports into Jacobs GES+ incident reporting database. • Assist to coordinate All Safety training courses. • Update the training log in sheet matrix. • Register all incident reports. • Induct Safety Orientation for new employees.

- Compile end of month HSE statistic from all sites. - Assist in vehicle safety inspections. - Register all incident reports into Shell incident reporting database. - Update SRAK's approved vehicle register as required. - Assist in conducting contractor HSE audits. - Prepare presentation pack for bi-weekly HSE meeting.
