• Lead technical and commercial engagements with Key Oman accounts (OQ, OXY, Daleel, CCED, Petrogas, Masar). ensuring alignment of drilling objectives, performance expectations, and operational execution. • Act as primary interface between client, and internal technical teams to ensure seamless coordination. • Drive drilling performance optimization through data-driven analysis (ROP, cost/ft, dull grading). • Facilitate technical reviews and performance discussions with customers, influencing operational decisions. • Coordinate internal resources to meet project timelines, operational readiness, and customer expectations. • Contribute to well delivery performance by aligning product strategy with broader drilling KPIs.

Primary 24/7 Operation contact between Baker Hughes and its Clients for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, managing the relationship to ensure business success for BH. Clients: Petroleum Development Oman, Falcon Oilfield Services, EOG Resources, Gulf Energy. -Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. - Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in job cycle across organizational boundaries and ensure optimum service delivery and quality as per SOPs. - Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. - Ensuring MOC is followed and executed in case of any new Operational/ Competency/ HSE risk that might result in compromising the business. - Prepare and review business performance to identify bottlenecks and work on full process optimization to meet HSE goals, performance efficiency, and productivity. - Driving Drilling Service ICV to achieve proposed targets, support local businesses, while maintaining same quality of service delivery. - Monitor invoicing and billing performance on all executed jobs and follow up to optimize DSO and Billing Cycle Time, to enhance Baker Hughes Cashflow. - Develop monthly and yearly revenue plan based on upcoming operation, and up-sale new services to optimize monthly revenue. -Evaluate business cost across all functions (HSE, Operations, Facilities) and propose additional measures to control/reduce cost while maintaining same service quality.

- Responsible in managing Drilling Services workforce in all aspects. Administration, Coordination, Competency & Training, Salaries & Bonuses, and end of year review. - Acting as a focal point between DS & HR. Working closely with senior staff to address all service gaps ensuring a cooperative responsive service and workforce availability. - Involved in DS billing process to ensure smooth cash flow. Executed two projects to optimize billing process and ensure billing cycle reduction process is implemented. - Responsible to arrange all required occupational health and safety requirements for Drilling Services workforce.

- Run multiple LWD tools to calculate formation Lithology, Resistivity, Density, and Porosity to optimize well placement and reservoir exposure for maximum production. - Worked on executing Oman Remote Operations Drilling operations, to drill and control Baker Hughes downhole tools remotely for safe and efficient operation. - Competent in running BH Technology tools: AutoTrak Exact, AutoTrak eXpress, AutoTrak G3/GT4G, OnTrak, LithoTrak, ZoneTrak, CoilTrak. - Constantly working on active projects across Drilling Services to increase field margin.

• familiar with basic fracturing concept such as fracturing operations, with knowledge in logistics and inventory control to observe the loading and unloading of chemicals, proppants, CO2 and N2. • Knowledgeable about chemical transferring, tote-strapping, maintenance, and chemical injection points. • Familiar with the fundamentals of Coiled Tubing operations such as spooling, BOP operations, injector operation, stripper operation, accumulator operation and pipe management and fatigue if applicable

The objective of my project was to improve existing well performance in New Mexico's asset by: - Artificial lift - Re-frac - Acid stimulation - Other The work can be represented as follows: • Created Productivity Index database for the vertical producers in New Mexico, and generated geographical PI map to display production performance within the area. • Identified re-stimulation candidates in New Mexico vertical producers based on production data using Oil Field Manager (OFM). • Produced production forecast tool to all New Mexico’s producers based on multiple levels and variables to track daily production of Oil, Gas, and Water. • Worked on Acid job- Scale squeeze designs to re-stimulate existing wells.

My project at OXY was to perform an evaluation of beam pumps performance in Mukhaizna. The work can be exemplified as follows: • Initiated root cause failure analysis (RCFA) to evaluate the performance of down-hole beam pumps. • Generated Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), categorized problems affecting the run life of pumps. • Presented down-hole failure results with over 15 variables to determine impacts on pumps efficiency. • Discussed results with down-hole equipment suppliers, to improve the overall quality of materials. • Worked collaboratively with the team to provide solutions for down-hole equipment’s failure.
