Plan • Review ISO 9001:2015 and collaborate with the HSA Regional Quality Systems Manager to prepare an action plan for implementation. • Identify and document the organization’s context, interested parties’ needs and expectations, and QMS scope. • Define QMS processes and their interactions. • Set measurable quality objectives aligned with strategic goals and process improvements. • Conduct a risk-based analysis, identify risks/opportunities, and plan actions to address them. • Formulate a quality policy aligned with organizational strategy, obtain top management approval, and communicate it effectively across all organizational levels. • Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, forms, and work instructions. Do • Control of documented information (creating, updating, controlling of changes and disposition) ensuring accessibility & proper version control. • Clarify & document roles, responsibilities, and authorities within the QMS to enhance accountability and organizational efficiency. • Ensure processes are resourced and meet QMS requirements, focusing on production, service provision, and support processes. • Track implemented planned actions to address risks and opportunities. • Ensure processes are carried out under controlled conditions. Check • Use KPIs, customer feedback, and process data to assess effectiveness of QMS. • Perform internal audits to verify compliance with ISO 9001:2015, address non-conformities promptly. • Organize MRMs with top management to evaluate QMS performance, review corrective actions, and explore opportunities for improvement. Act • Address issues identified through audits or daily operations, ensuring corrective actions prevent recurrence and strengthen processes. • Focus on improving QMS processes and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the HSA Regional Quality Systems Manager to prepare for certification and surveillance audits.

• Ensure compliance with product quality standards and implement quality control programs aligned with company policies and customer requirements. • Develop, document, and maintain technical specifications for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods. • Conduct and document trials for new materials, and provide approvals for integration into production processes. • Ensure timely inspection, approval, and release of raw materials, semi-finished products, and final products, adhering to established quality standards. • Address customer complaints promptly and establish preventive controls to avoid recurrence of quality issues. • Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to resolve raw material issues and drive continuous improvement. • Partner with production teams to implement corrective actions, reduce defects and enhance process efficiency. • Partner with the maintenance department to ensure calibration and proper functioning of quality control tools and instruments. • Report quality performance, quality control objectives status, critical non conformities to top management. • Provide a monthly report to financial management detailing the key specifications, such as, average weights of products to support cost-effective production practices. • Provide a monthly report to HSA Yemen Region Technical Audit Department, of critical quality performance indicators, such as, key specifications, defects per million, customer complaints, sales returns. • Supervise and evaluate quality team performance, identify training needs, and propose training needs. • Ensure quality compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. • Oversee HSA chemical management standards in collaboration with the Health and Safety Manager, including proper storage, labeling following GHS standard, safe handling, PPE usage, chemical spill response, and disposal as per SDS and local regulations. • Lead hygiene and sanitation activities, including regular pest control schedules.

• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, including polypropylene, calcium carbonate, masterbatches, flexo printing inks, flexo printing plates, isopropyl alcohol, methoxy propanol, and sewing threads, to ensure compliance with required quality standards and specifications. • Monitor and assess the quality of semi-processed products during production, identifying and addressing any deviations from standards. • Collaborate with production teams to minimize defects and improve process efficiency. • Inspect and validate the quality of polypropylene woven bags designed for packing flour, sugar, wheat, and bran. • Ensure finished products meet internal and customer specifications, including dimensional accuracy, weight, strength, and print quality. • Maintain detailed records of inspection results, test findings, and non-conformance reports. • Prepare quality reports for senior quality manager and provide insights to support decision-making. • Ensure product adherence to company quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements. • Recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and enhance overall product quality. • Operate and maintain quality control instruments and testing equipment. • Work closely with production, procurement, and quality seniors to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
