*  Managing the projects along with the project managers, keeping a follow up with the customers to ensure timely delivery of the projects. *  Design ECM standards to meet business needs. *  Managing the professional services team to conduct customer demos & presentations. *  Manage (plan, monitor, control) ECM projects with regards to milestones, deliverables, budget and resources. *  Developing ERP solution & architecture. *  Work in coordination with team members and other staff for proper information flow *  Work in adherence to the policies and regulations of the enterprise, governing bodies and business partners.

* Deploying the applications at the production server on the client site. * Working as a system analyst to analyze, design and simulate the Business Workflows for demo & production purposes. * Gathering & analyzing customer business requirements. * Creating detailed SRS documents that describe in details the customer requirements.

* Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project lifecycle, including project initiation/proposals, project delivery/ stakeholder management, post implementation review and project closeout / handover: * Managing IBM CMS solution for all Government Departments in RAK. * Managing Archiving projects for Land department, Environment Protection and Development Authority (EPDA), Department of Economic Development (DED). *  Design ECM standards to meet business needs.

* Responsible for Consulting & leading various governments IT & e-Government engagements and projects: *  Perform all aspects of project management in support of client engagement. *  Support in developing and enhancing clients PMO office processes and Methodology. *  Evaluate proposals for projects, prepare bid assessments and risk analysis.
