Job Responsibilities: Source LED Components and Materials: Identify and evaluate suppliers for LED chips, drivers, housings, lenses, PCBs, heat sinks, wiring, and other essential components. Vendor Management & Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors to ensure high-quality materials, competitive pricing, and timely delivery. Conduct cost comparisons, analyze price trends, and negotiate with suppliers to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality and compliance. Procurement Planning: Plan procurement activities in line with production schedules, project deadlines, and inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking. Purchase Order Management: Issue and manage purchase orders (POs), ensuring order accuracy, confirmation of lead times, and compliance with contractual terms.

 Coordinate and manage procurement activities across all project phases, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.  Issue RFQs (Request for Quotations) and evaluate supplier proposals based on price, quality, lead time, and compliance with technical specifications.  Collaborate with engineering and project teams to understand material requirements and project timelines.  Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor communications.  Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and reliable delivery schedules.
