Welcome to my profile, and thank you for visiting. I’m a Network System Engineer with a strong focus on ISP environments, where I work on the design, deployment, and daily operations of carrier-grade IP networks. Over the course of my experience, I’ve developed solid hands-on skills across L2/L3 service provider technologies, AAA platforms, and multi-vendor infrastructures. My work mainly revolves around end-to-end service delivery, improving network scalability, traffic performance, and ensuring secure and stable services for nationwide users. I work with MPLS, VPN, MPLS-L3VPN, VRF, VPLS, OSPF, NAT, VRRP and etc... to build reliable and scalable network architectures that support high availability and smooth connectivity across both core and access layers. My role includes service provisioning, routing optimization, redundancy and failover planning, and integrating advanced ISP-level services to keep the network running efficiently. I have practical experience working in multi-vendor environments, including Cisco, Huawei, ZTE, MikroTik, Cisco ASA-X, and Sophos, ensuring proper interoperability, service stability, and efficient resource usage. I also manage and maintain AAA (SAS RADIUS) for authentication, authorization, accounting, and bandwidth control of DSL, PTP, PTMP and FTTH users, along with DNS services to deliver secure and consistent service performance. I’m deeply involved in improving network performance, traffic analysis, troubleshooting issues end-to-end, and enhancing QoS to improve the overall user experience. Alongside networking, I also have strong exposure to systems and virtualization. I work with Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, VMware, and storage solutions, allowing me to contribute to both the network and systems side of ISP operations. I’m passionate about continuous learning, modern ISP technologies, and implementing best practices that improve network reliability, security, and performance. I truly enjoy working in technical environments where innovation, precision, and efficiency directly impact customer experience and service quality across the country.
