• Planning, monitoring, and evaluating results of experimental manufacturing trials from initial laboratory feasibility studies through scale-up and into standard production • Conduct research to undertake technical work in support of technical projects or initiatives in terms of competitor product analysis, product performance improvements, application and formulation developments • Planning of production depending on market • Responsible in handling technical service requests in support of new business development and maintenance of business in terms of color matching, application recommendations & product optimization. • Develops specifications, test methods, standard operating procedures, and other controlled documents as required • Forecasting of raw materials (pigments, Resin, Chemical), to maintain inventory. • Sourcing of raw materials to maintain smooth production. • Searching alternate raw materials and communication with vendor/suppliers & ensuring quality goods/supplies required for production departments • Supervise C & F Agent to deliver the goods at Factory. • Inquiry proper Brand products. Targeting customers and positioning products. • Involve in marketing activities in terms of technical visits and handling of technical inquiries, trouble shooting during printing and lamination, preparation of sales & promotional sales tools, customer or distributor training, new product launch application package & technical input to product and application literature design and update

• Planning, schedule, develop and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve manufacturing process, minimize operating costs, and ensure greater utilization of man, machine and material. • Working Closely With Production Experts To Continuously Update The Existing Processes So To Improve Process Capability And Productivity. • Carry Out Sampling Trials To Develop New Processes, Test New Raw Materials And Modify Or Troubleshoot Existing Processes. • Exceed Quality Standards To Provide Best-In-Class Product Quality. • Motivate All Employees In Areas Of Respective Responsibility To Achieve On Quality Target. • Initiate, plan and lead projects and process development efforts. • Writing manufacturing batch production records and standard operating procedures. • Working with Manufacturing Management and Quality to resolve manufacturing problems including writing deviation, change control, corrective/preventive action and qualification incidents reports. • Perform instrument calibration and preventive maintenance. • Order chemicals and necessary machine spare parts supplies as needed. • Assist in maintaining the appropriate level of finished goods inventory • Ensure all production equipment is well maintained • Participate in weekly planning meeting to develop production schedule
