Coordinate with the consultant to enabling speedy resolutions, substantial / final approval of all MEP drawings and submittals. Assist with separate contract planning to provide coordinated interface of electromechanical contractors and coverage of all general and special conditions items. Review and comment upon the work method statement for MEP services, as well as the sequence and time schedules for each portion of MEP work. Review MEP programs for construction including procedures, layout, equipment, manpower requirements and coordination. Expedite and monitor the progress of the MEP work, update progress schedules and advise the project executive of any slippages, problems and potential delays to MEP works. Advise corrective action to be taken. Coordinate the MEP inspections and quality control. Expedite and monitor MEP services contractors’ compliance with safety programs and quality assurance/ quality control procedures

Planning & execution of the Project without delay & fulfilling all safety requirements. Conducting meeting with the Client & the Crew heads for advance planning Execution according to the full satisfaction of the client.

Fabrication & Installation of Storage Tank, Chimney, Fabrication of Platform, Pipe Support, Pipe rack, Pipe Support Bridge. Utilizations of material as per the specification and standards Monitoring & control of the piping spool dimension and orientation as per Isometric Monitoring fabrication, control of dimension and welding procedure. Monitoring steel erection work, levelling, vertically/plumb check of steel members Commissioning assistance to operational department. Prepare reports for management review.

Job Responsibilities: Site in change for the Fabrications, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of LPG Piping & Piping System, Cooling Tower and Fire Fighting System. Line checking of piping support & orientation as per isometric. Sandblasting surface finish. Witness of hydro test. Installation of 20 KL HSD tank and Diesel piping system with civil work etc. Estimation of Materials (as per approved drawings), Invoicingand all other daily activities related to the projects & tests. Inspection of fabrication spool prior to NDT Prepare progress reports comparing with schedule requirements in order to clarify the standing of the progress for management review. Estimating work volume, man-hour requirements, and working budget for Piping Engineering Handling of all site activities including planning, execution, and invoicing.
