• Provide a range of project management and support services, including preparation of design, drawing, reports and briefs, coordinating resources, maintaining project documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans • Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes • Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans • Sourcing, selection, and purchasing of all sorts of machinery, equipment, services & spare parts from local & global sources; • Handling the complaints of different type of machinery & equipment of production, Quality control, Product development & Engineering; • Providing technical support to production, PD & QC; • Coordinating & Follow-up regularly with local & global purchase; • Providing assistance during the installation & commissioning of new machinery/production line.

• Prepare annual Capex budget, calculate savings, and justify for approval. • Prepare URS for each piece of equipment with details engineering specifications, drawings, etc. Communicate with local and international vendors to collect techno-commercial proposals, technical and commercial comparisons, life cycle cost of the equipment considering initial investment, operational cost, energy cost, manpower, and wastage, sourcing the best technological solutions. • Prepare strategic Capex proposals and masterplan for next 03 years • Prepare a preliminary budget sheet and timeline based on conceptual engineering for each project.

Working as Project Engineering Manager of Formulae Processing and Filling & Packing Plant (Nov’17 – Apr’21) – Project Value 2,000 Mio BDT • Setting up a new manufacturing unit - End to end project lead which includes preparation of documents for project approval, preparing detail plant URS, technical comparison among vendors, project execution, project handover to the stakeholder, and project post evaluation. • Working with OEM of the powder processing, filling, and packaging equipment, URS creation, ordering, and commissioning of the plant. Report to Nestle Global regarding the project update. • Identify and obtain all necessary government pre-requisites to set up a Manufacturing plant in Bangladesh. Also track licensing applications (BIDA, Union Parishad, Upazila, DIFE, DOE, etc.) for setting up a new plant in the existing factory, prepare document along with the legal team, timely submission of applications to respective authorities, and follow-up for getting timely approval. • Plan End to End Supply solution for new Project and Product line • Develop the physical logistics as part of the new plant installation. New access road construction, dock with hydraulic dock leveler setup, Ordering, and installation of double deep racking, cold storage (4 deg) installation. • Coordinate with supply chain team for packing material supplier development and ensure raw and packaging materials are available during trial time and project commissioning. • Prepare necessary reports for key stakeholders, and update & escalate issues in the Steering Committee of the project. • Monitor and control budget and ensure execution of site jobs as per safety standards. • Coaching team members and contractors to ensure the healthy working culture • Decommissioning of Munch chocolate plant which includes dismantling of Ball Mill Equipment, Dry mix, Extruder & Dryer and cooler, Aligning System, Cooler and packaging equipment. (Original Project Value: 1,200 Mio BDT)

• Planning, execution, and on-site supervision of all preventive, corrective & emergency maintenance of rotary (Compressors, Pumps, Turbines, etc.) & static (Vessels, Boilers, Columns, Heat Exchangers, Separators, Valves, Piping, etc.) machinery of the ammonia plant. • Planning & scheduling of overhauling/shutdown of machinery. • Spare consumption monitoring by regularly updating master list & raising purchase requisition through ERP Software SAP. • Detail Maintenance Reporting of maintenance activities, monthly maintenance summary preparation & presentation.

• Preparing BOM and BOQ of materials for piping and metallic fabrication and erection of HFO power plant at Chittagong. • Layout drawing preparation for Gas/diesel engines at various sites.
