We built the largest streaming platform in Iran, serving over 10M people. The app was installed on more than 30M devices and is rated 4.5. We did a lot of innovation on many levels, making the tech scalable while keeping the prices manageable. For many years, we held the record for serving concurrent users (more than 1M during a soccer match), and peak bandwidth usage. Our monthly bandwidth usage reached nearly 10PB at peak. We also ranked #5 at peak on Alexa. Last but not least, I had the privilege of mentoring many engineers, many of whom later became successful executives or entrepreneurs. I always told them that anyone at TW should be ready to serve as CTO of a top 10 company in Iran — and I did everything I could to make that dream a reality.
