I work as a Technical Lead in applied AI, focusing on large language models and data-driven systems. My work usually sits at the intersection of research and real-world deployment, where ideas need to survive practical constraints. A significant part of my work involves designing LLM-based systems end-to-end — from user-level analysis and data design to generation strategy, evaluation & system-level decision-making. I’m particularly interested in data-centric approaches, controllable text generation & moving beyond model-level performance toward reliable, operational systems. Alongside hands-on technical work, I lead cross-functional teams (AI, backend, frontend), shape system architecture, and coordinate development efforts to turn research ideas into maintainable and scalable products. I value thoughtful technical discussions and long-term collaboration around LLMs, applied AI research and AI system design. — I’m more interested in systems that work than models that only look good on paper ;)
