* Responsible for handling of Procurement & Quality for defined projects, securing project site with material (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation) required for installation. * Working with the SA material specialist for the required 9COM’s and the detailed suppliers list. * Following up with an Engineering team to provide MR package to get Quality team concurrence and to submit it in EPM for SA approval. * RFQs float with Aramco approved RVL vendors. * Follow up with engineering for the TBE for SA approval and to prepare AR followed by PO placement for the selected Vendors. * Following up for the KOM and to submit NMR related documents, ITP and quality related documents for review and approval. * Shared approved documents with Procurement Quality Check Supervisor to prepare IAP and get approval from SAIR. * Following up with vendors to get Production schedule, inspection dates and expedite the deliveries ahead of schedule.

* Local purchase

o Responsible for various assignments like reviewing of design package from the Engineering team to ensure that they are accordance with project technical requirement and standards, handling of Procurement & Quality for defined projects, securing project site with material. o Execution and supervision of project activities such as drawings, submittals, estimation, procurement follow-ups, manpower handling etc. Responsible of installation of SCS system, installation of cameras, Installation of smoke & heat detector, manual pull point, telecom assign outlet. o Supervision of installation of Telecom and CCTV equipment like Distribution switch, Access switch, Line access gateway, Ethernet switches for CCTV system, NVR, DVR, Fire alarm panel etc. o Coordinating with vendors for major equipment’s like Data Network router switch, access switch, CCTV system, other related equipment and cabinets o Updated the drawings (Redline) as per the actual Construction for as building the same.

ISP-OSP survey of IP connectivity for SANG-MODA (MoD & Aviation). Physical site survey for identifying building/structures characteristics. o Obtained all site information for fiber optic, copper and electrical cable routing o during the site survey and prepared ISP-OSP survey report.
