Purchasing of API 6A components and Elastomers. Subcontracting activities (Machining & Premium threading). Sourcing of new components and vendor development. Contract management, preparing weekly reports for purchase requisitions progress, NCRs, and open orders for prpject management. Cost estimation, calculation, and negotiation. Keep track of the open orders and take the necessary actions. Handling the rejection of the goods and taking it up with the suppliers. Attending project progress meetings. Evaluating suppliers every quarter based on their performance in delivery commitment and quality. Coordination with various internal stakeholders such as project management team, quality, finance,and engineering. Member of SAP implementation team in the organization.
