Responsible for complete automation and control system engineering for solar-powered desalination and sustainable water treatment plants. Design, develop, and implement PLC/SCADA automation systems for solar desalination plants using Siemens TIA Portal and WinCC 7.5. Perform PLC programming in Siemens TIA Portal , SCADA configuration and runtime development in WinCC 7.5 via WinCC Explorer Conduct FAT, SAT, loop checking, and full site commissioning of TIA Portal-based control systems and WinCC SCADA infrastructure. Select appropriate field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzers) based on process requirements and integrate with Siemens PLC I/O modules via TIA Portal. Supervise installation, wiring, calibration, and integration of instrumentation systems. Prepare I/O lists, control philosophy, functional design specifications (FDS), and technical documentation aligned with TIA Portal and WinCC 7.5 architecture. Develop preventive maintenance schedules for PLC, SCADA, and instrumentation systems to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve automation, electrical, and instrumentation issues during operation using TIA Portal diagnostics and WinCC Explorer runtime tools. Major Projects & Achievements XPRIZE Water Scarcity Project Participated as part of the Desolenator technical team. Configured and validated PLC programs in Siemens TIA Portal and developed SCADA screens for performance monitoring and data logging in accordance with competition testing and validation standards. Solar Desalination Plant – Silal Farms, Al Ain Designed, installed, programmed, and successfully commissioned full automation and control systems for a solar-powered desalination plant. Scope included PLC programming in Siemens TIA Portal, SCADA visualization and runtime development inWinCC Explorer, field instrument integration into the TIA Portal hardware configuration, and electrical control panel commissioning.

Led 100+ district cooling automation projects, managing planning, execution, and delivery within budget and deadlines.
