Driving the execution and operational excellence of telecommunications projects, including strategic 5G deployment, across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network sites, ensuring robust performance, reliability, and alignment with both technological and business objectives. Key Responsibilities & Accomplishments: • 5G Network Deployment: Played a key role in the rollout and implementation of 5G infrastructure across the Central Region, contributing to the expansion of next-generation mobile connectivity. • End-to-End Project Management: Oversaw all telecommunications projects within the region, from initial planning and site acquisition to implementation, integration, and commissioning, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. • Regional Site Integrity: Held full accountability for the performance and maintenance of all company sites in the Central Region, implementing proactive measures to guarantee maximum network availability and service quality. • Field Operations Leadership: Led and coordinated field operations teams (FOPS) to troubleshoot complex network issues, perform upgrades, and maintain critical infrastructure for both core and edge networks.

Engineered and optimized mission-critical TETRA networks, ensuring robust and secure wireless communication for high-stakes government clients. Led technical teams and managed full project lifecycles, from design and configuration to implementation and risk mitigation, directly supporting strategic decision-making at the executive level. Key Projects & Accomplishments: • Project Management for Ministry of Interior (MoI): Successfully managed the Command and Control Center (CCC) project from initiation to closure. Directed all phases—planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling—achieving all project deliverables and strategic goals on schedule. • Technical Implementation for Ministry of Defense (MoD): Led the end-to-end configuration and deployment of two complete TETRA systems. This involved specialized programming of core network infrastructure including: • Tetra Base Stations (TBS) and Data Exchange (DXT) • Tactical Command & Control (TC2) and Radio Console Systems (RCS) • Radio Terminals (TMR & TH9) and Network Routers/Switches • Leadership & Client Relations: Directed field teams in the implementation and troubleshooting of complex network issues. Served as the primary technical point of contact for clients, proactively ensuring network stability by identifying risks and implementing preventive solutions. Strategic Support: Provided critical technical analysis and decision-support to the Chief Operations Officer (COO) for issue resolution, operational planning, and the launch of new projects

-Founded and scaled the official KFUPM Art Club from the ground up, growing it into a vibrant community of 40+ student members. Spearheaded all strategic and operational aspects, from establishing the foundational structure and securing funding to executing a full calendar of events that promoted artistic expression on campus.
