Job Description: • Manage and oversee the financial aspect (Cost and Billing) of the project to ensure that the project is profitable and expenditures are within the budget. • Take lead responsibility of all aspects of contract management and administration including designer’s construction phase service, design/system interfaces, cost/schedule control. • Direct pre-construction services and activities. • Participation in regular meetings for management and contractors when required. • Coordinate between the HSE Manager, QA/QC Manager, Subcontract Manager, and the Sites Construction Superintendents to make sure that the construction organization is implemented and that the contractor’s and subcontractors’ works and performance are efficiently inspected, supervised and executed • Maintain quality control (integrity and excellence of completed project). • Visits job sites regularly to ensure smooth progress of the project and to attend any concern whether related to the project progress or staff issues in order to provide them the necessary assistance as required. • Identify problematic design issues and make recommendations that support engineering procedure as well as ensure the construction schedule is maintained. • Developing practical method for controlling and managing smooth supervision of the works. • Develop and maintain good relationship with General Contractors, Architects, Subcontractors and Suppliers. • Work collaboratively with managers to ensure project(s) is / are procured and constructed within the boundaries of the Company’s best practices while conforming to technical requirements. • Organizing schedules and working to tight deadlines. • Responsible for completion of assigned projects within budget and schedule while meeting quality and safety goals of the company. . • Control and Manage the scope, cost and schedule of the contract. • Perform recurrent construction surveillance and provide technical assistance as needed.

Job Description: • Establishing the project and ensuring the execution as per the drawings, specifications and other Contract Documents. • Coordinate any technical constraints in the Construction Drawings which arises during the time of Construction with the Design Department and suggests alternatives and resolutions. • Attends management workshops in technology advances in Construction and utilizing the same at site. • Evaluates technical proposals of the Contractor and verify its constructability. • Ensures that the Contractor complies with the safety procedures and methodologies before carrying out any site activities i.e. sewerage, storm water, irrigation, structures etc., • Revising and approving the project submittals and the programme of works. • Revising, assessing any changes to the Contract in respect to design, time and budget. • Revising and verifying the payments and financial reports. • Monitoring site quality and progress. • Controlling the project team. • Resolving problems at site and ensure the proper implementation of the Contractual Terms and Conditions. • Judging and signing decisions about any disputes.
