01. Operation Management: • Plan and coordinate manufacturing operations for production process, machine & manpower. • Implement proper SOP and Kaizen project resulting in a overall 13% increase in efficiency. • Reduce FG packaging cost by 44.7% through using recycled RM packages as per QC standard. • Ensure weekly production planning to meet 100% (hard) B2B customer requirements. • Maintain documentation and report data globally on Production KPI as: - Capacity Utilization, OEE. - Energy consumption, VOC. - OTD, Scrap Management. • Optimized production planning resulting in a 21% decrease in overtime cost. • Manage materials replenishment, quality standards and performance metrics in support of organizational goals and objectives. • Manage cost structures for manufacturing by keeping operational expenses within budget allowance and investigate cost-reduction measures. 02. Maintenace & Project Management: • Decrease overall 18% machine downtime with proper periodic & preventive maintenance. • Ensure sufficient stock and availability of all foreign & local spare parts. • Implementation of KAIZEN Project to smooth overall operation. • Responsible for yearly Capex budget and implementation globally. • Ensure Production & EHS related project planning such as: - Project budget & time schedule planning. - Project scope declaration. - Project scope wise CS preparation. - Project vendor and contractor management. - Project material supply management. - Project delay analysis. 03. Supply Chain Management: • Manage end-to-end manufacturing logistics, demand planning, inventory management. • Execute MRP for the planning of procurement, production, inventory control. • RM planning with 03 months ahead to avoid LC issue and stockout situation. • Coordinating team activities and providing commercial and technical assistance. • Reduce port demurrage 39% by continuous follow-up of commercial team. • Maintain DOI within budgeted days to reduce Working Capital Involvement.

1 .Manage the workshop under my control by maintaining harmonious and peaceful relationship with my workforce. 2. Make best use of man, machine/equipment and material available with me and thereby ensure highest standard of productivity quality of product. 3. Ensure all the machinery are in good working order and in highest performance standard level and all safety measure are ensured. 4. Maintain the inventory of the material, wages and expenses and to remain within the budgeted amount. 5. Acquire necessary professional knowledge and skill to effectively supervise and control the operations and to train/retrain the people working with me to make them versatile. 6. Ensure that the correct production methods are in use and maintain an accurate record of hourly production in workshop balance sheet and Dept. display board. Causes of any interruption in production also to be recorded as well as hourly basis 7. Follow up production Plan. 8. Ensure supply of finished goods as per production plan. 9. Maintain interdepartmental communication among various departments such as Costing, purchase, store, CDC, marchandising department for maintain smooth Supply. 10. Ensure inflow of raw materials as per production plan with the help of purchase department. 11. Make sure use of recycled wastage materials 12. Make sure use of raw materials use as per costing 13.Increase the efficiency of operators by motivation. 14. make sure that all operators and officers follow the personal safety.
