In my present role, I monitor and review the demand for the assigned profile to ensure customer satisfaction. By managing the full ordering life cycle, I maintain accurate inventory levels based on real-time and forecasted data, while addressing aged inventory issues across distribution centers. I collaborate with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and minimize delays. Using Tableau, I provide data-driven insights to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic planning. I’ve successfully managed inventory availability during seasonal fluctuations, reduced aged inventory costs by optimizing stock levels to ensure on-time deliveries. Additionally, I analyze demand data to address shortages and maintain high levels of customer service.

In this role, I managed inventory and service levels across distribution centers by closely monitoring stock and forecasts, ensuring optimal inventory levels to minimize excess and expired stock risks. I collaborated with stakeholders to align forecasts and held vendors accountable for timely deliveries, guaranteeing customer satisfaction. I efficiently processed vendor orders, addressing inventory shortages and ensuring stock availability. During peak COVID periods, I supported sales and marketing teams by providing critical backend services and ensuring smooth operations, all while reducing waste and optimizing inventory management to meet customer demands without disruption.
