Managed nationwide maintenance operations for all MNOs (IRU & MRC), including coordination, fault resolution, and core readiness activities. 2.Issued and tracked monthly Maintenance POs,collected and verified consumable BOQs per fiber cut with MNO approvals (GP, Robi & Banglalink). 3.Verified vendor bills and applied LD (Liquidated Damages) where proper justification was not provided. 4.Conducted weekly meetings with vendors and MNOs, providing circle-wise link justifications & performance updates. 5.Oversaw PAT & FAT processes and managed S-Card procedures for MNO access approvals. 6.Monitored underground fiber damages, ODF shifting & HDD portion works ensuring proper restoration and follow-up until completion. 7.Collected and maintained as-built drawings, HH status reports, incident documentation & vendor regional office visit reports. 8.Prepared and updated monthly KMZ files to ensure accurate reflection of network coverage, maintenance & infrastructure changes. 9.Presented SLA failure analysis and operational reports to MNOs through PPT and official communications. 10.Coordinated cross-functional issue resolution (e.g., fiber cuts exceeding 3 hrs) by engaging Bahon Zone Incharge, Field teams, and vendors.
