Supervise daily administrative operations. Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives. Create quarterly and annual budgets. Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures. Maintain organized medical and employee records. Monitor administrative staff’s performance. Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies.

Monitor and provide general support for the company's E-services portals and applications. Also managing relations with customers and provide good services and support. Helping to develop and implement customer service policy for the entire organization. I had been handling customers complaints and incidents as well as Investigating and solving customers’ problems and issues. Being Responsible to conduct business training sessions to the customers if needed

Implementing patient service programs which include patient's complaints, suggestions, unusual situations, patient and staff surveys, special patients relations projects, and quality improvement of care. Second, reporting to the patients services manager in all routine and necessary matters and take charge of basic needs related to patient care. Also attending all meetings related to the functioning the patient service department and frame necessary policies and guidelines to ensure smooth functioning of the department. providing direct supervision to the patient service coordinators in the assigned area and replace or shift them as the case may be demanding upon the circumstances and service needs.Also, a member of outpatient task force team as well as an outpatient commissioning team member of HMG Al-Suweidi Hospital
