Project: ALZOUR LNG Refinery Project Client: KNPC/KIPIC – ALZOUR Field Project Scope: EPCI of Offshore 5 subsea pipelines, 5 Beach pulls, 5 riser, 2 J-tubes, 2 Riser Protectors, 14 subsea clamps, 5 tie-in spools, 4 Piggy back Subsea Cables, concrete mattress installation, Hydro testing, pre-commissioning, and intelligent pigging ✪ Timely review and approve installation procedures, installation schedules and activity estimates in accordance with contract requirements also evaluate HSE elements at various stages of project life cycle by conducting HAZID, HAZOP, SIMOPS and risk assessment. ✪ Deliver continuous support to engineering & installation operations by performing & participating in constructability and schedule review to reduce or prevent errors, delays, and cost overruns. ✪ Draft subcontract packages, service orders and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to enquire and obtain prices quotations for effective procurement & project delivery services. ✪ Prepare and respond to contractual letters addressed to client and subcontractors. ✪ Function as a liaison between design & construction support engineering, contracts, planning & cost control teams, and subcontractors as well as interface with the client on different matter. ✪ Administer and assure timely material procurement & delivery on site also devised scope of work change orders and approve subcontract invoices after evaluation. ✪ Supervised offshore installation on board barges and review progress reporting also devised scope of work change and notify management. ✪ Identify Project/Client Interfaces & resolve interfaces on a timely matter for the best benefit of the project ✪ Manage man-power & machinery allocation & planning for 5 different sites ✪ Establish Connections and secure service order with major local and overseas Vendors and Suppliers ✪ Administer matters related to Government affairs, Local and overseas Logistics, administration, HR, & accounts

Project: 4GI & 3BT - Lower Zakum Field Client: ADMAO-OPCO Project Scope: EPCI of 2 subsea pipeline, 6Well head topside Installation and 3Well head topside demolition, hydro testing, & pre-commissioning ✪ Leveraged analytical skills while developing project execution plan, installation schedules and activity estimates, offshore installation & survey procedures and analysing risk factors. ✪ Significantly contributed in offshore installation through conducting constructability review, formulating procurement & delivery Schedules and subcontract packages. ✪ Acted as bridge of information between design & construction support engineering, operation team/departments, subcontractors & fabrication yard and diving, welding, equipment team ✪ Directed offshore execution operations which include rig up & mobilizing derrick barges and Installation on board barge and accommodated senior management through direct progress reporting and identification of change in scope of work.

Project: Repair of 12” FA-FB oil pipeline Client: Dubai Petroleum – FALAH Field Project Scope: Subsea pipeline repair & hydro testing ✪ Assessed project & client requirements and established installation schedules, activity estimates, offshore installation and testing procedures and streamlined the process of improvement. ✪ Coordinated inputs between construction support engineering & operation team/departments. ✪ Capably managed the rigging up & mobilizing of DSV-DP2 equipped with diving saturation system also planned & monitored the execution of repairs & testing activities.

Project: 2013 Pipeline Campaign Client: Dubai Petroleum – FATEH Field Project Scope: T&I of 3 Subsea pipeline including pipeline crossing & riser installation & Hydro testing. ✪ Consistently provided technical support to the offshore manager during preparation & execution of the offshore installation with constructive recommendations and opinions. ✪ Effectively managed end to end process of the installation projects, from developing detail offshore installation procedures, recommending and selecting of materials & equipments, studying and modifying the drawings, to coordinate with other departments to develop the engineering package. ✪ Obtained inputs from all relevant departments related to offshore mobilization and installations. ✪ Collaborated with project management team in ensuring all preparatory work for the project is smoothly and effectively executed.

Project: KJO HOUT – Khafji Field Client: ARAMCO Project Scope: EPCI of Offshore Flare Jacket, Topside, Bridge, Subsea Pipelines Installation, hydro testing, & pre-commissioning.

Project: New WATER INJECTION – Lower Zakum Field (Zakum Central & West) Client: ADMAO-OPCO – Zakum Field Project Scope: EPCI of Offshore Water injection Jacket & Topside (4500MT) installation by float-over Method. Offshore Brown Field upgrades works (shut down works) Demolition of 14” water main ring, & installation of 30”, 20”, 10” & 14” piping ring.
