Some of my core responsibilities are: Proactively develop and manage a network of designer/architects, consultants, general contractors, façade contractors and developers to drive sales growth through the specifying process of Guardian products and selection by the contractor. Execute a strategic plan that utilizes internal and external resources to maximize company sales though new relationships, presentations and meetings within the entire design and construction process. Pursue commercial projects relentlessly from inception to completion. Prospect for new architectural contacts and other key influencers within the sales chain, driving increased revenue. Conduct educational sessions on glass technology with Architects, Glaziers, Fabricators and other key influencers. Present Guardian's product line, technology to various organizational levels and expertise. Make calls weekly on architects, glaziers, fabricators, and other influencers in commercial construction channel. Identify new product/application opportunities for Guardian. Gain commitment from key influences and close project sale. Track projects utilizing the company’s CRM system (Infor) from the design process through completion, ensuring Guardian’s products are purchased.

Some of my core responsibilities were: Provide technical solutions on glass façades, glass roofs and other special exterior applications. Introduce AGC – Obeikan into the Saudi market. Attend building materials exhibitions to demonstrate AGC products and services. Develop new business by meeting with glass processors and architects, engineering consultants, client-representative, etc. Arrange seminars for consultants, architectural offices, and clients to represent AGC’s role and applications within the glazing industry. Actively develop and manage all accounts and the key influencers within the decision making structure.
