I have a a lot experience in a different fields , I gained an experience in how to serve the customer and make him satisfied from your service and performance , and to improve your service to the customer to care of the customer , this experience I gained it from one of the best telecommunication in the world Vodafone Egypt as a customer care representative , after that I gained an experience in how to sell a product and how to convince any customer with your product and how to deal with different kinds of customers , finally I'm a project coordinator in Elsawy foundation and I'm responsible for a lot of things like create programs (educational programs , social ) and publish them , and to organize events , meetings.
