• Reporting to Director of Strategy, Planning & Solution Services, developing IT digital strategies for the government. • Define new digital business IT solutions for the Government of New Brunswick GNB client transformation to reshape the business and meet client's business requirements and goals. • Drive the IT transformational program of change and lead initiatives and projects within the program of change. • Lead discovery sessions with senior management and key stakeholders to determine their vision and future objectives and goals, as well as to determine their current IT landscape and challenges. • Ensure execution of technology strategy and/or digital transformation, driving technology adoption and identifying and resolving technical blockers during planning and implementation • Create mid- to long-term technical and business roadmaps for top-management and key stakeholders to outline the IT transformation journey and core wins. • Leads teams to architect complex solution-architectures of cloud SaaS (Software), PaaS (Platform), IaaS (Infrastructure) as a service, on-premises, or hybrid solutions. • Contributed to the creation of a Center of Excellence, part of the Enterprise Architecture government office, planned for the next fiscal year.

• Reported to the Director, Business Strategy & Transformation, leading a cross-functional team of 15 and responsible for establishing Enterprise Architecture Offices (EAO) across multiple government and public-sector clients. • Planned and led workshops to scope out project SOW, Requirement, Outcomes and KPI with client sponsors to plan their digital transformation journeys. • Led local consulting team and outsourced vendor teams in interviewing client C-level and senior managers, to complete AS-IS architecture landscape documentation and review. • Presented and negotiated TO-BE architectures, and acquiring stakeholder buy-in. • Utilized applications like Archi, Orbus, MS Visio, MS Team, MS SharePoint, SKYPE, and MS Office, to draft architecture diagram and communicate to clients. • Developed an assessment and blueprint for a government client, led to signing a 250M USD project, and advised to the deputy minister on the restructuring of their IT organization.

• Reported to the Business Unit Executive, developing pre-sales and architecting cloud and cognitive solutions for key government clients. • Established and developed strong and trusted clients’ relationships, across all levels within the clients’ businesses. • Architected, designed, and delivered solutions leveraging IBM Cloud packs for Data, IBM Cloud Packs for Integration, Redhat Open shift, and utilizing MS Visio, MS Team, SLACK, Webex. • Led 5 global vendors and 8 local system integrators, to architect and deliver the cross-country 911 emergency solutions, maintaining IBM’s stake of 100M USD in products & services in that solution.

• Reported to the practice director, managing the presales unit (Solutions architecture & infrastructure architecture) comprising of 15 architects. • Oversaw the executive management and enterprise architecture for the presales function, responsible for the presales’ activities for all digital custom solutions provided to clients. • Planned for and led the architecture transformation initiatives (API First, Cloud first, Multi cloud) • Formulated the costing side of proposals, presented winning project execution plans, which included comprehensive risk management proposals. • Worked with Redhat Open shift, Orbus i-Server, MS Excel MS Visio, MS Team, MS Office, MS SharePoint. • Managed the presales department to increase the winning rate by 100% for 3 different sales quarters.

• Founded the organization’ Development Architecture Center of Excellence of technologies and products. • Defined architectures and led the use of various tools, technologies, and techniques in the realization of such architectures. • Created and maintained a set of standard practices, patterns and anti-patterns and ensure the appropriate usage of that. • Worked with IBM JAZZ, Orbus i-Server, MS Excel MS Visio, IBM Rational Software Architect. • Completed an enterprise architecture for a client’s 5-year digital transformation program (300M USD) delivering business architecture, policies mappings, an EA office, and selecting technology.

• Leading a team of 30 professionals in multiple roles (PM, QA, QC, developers, and analysts). • Oversaw a program team of about 100+ team members (development, operation, helpdesk, marketing, and project governance). • Utilized J2EE, Websphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server, Rational Software Architect (RSA), IBM JAZZ, MS Visio. • Successfully architected and stood on the delivery of a 25M USD program to build an e-service nation-wide portal for individuals (G2C), as well as gov-to-gov services (G2G).

• Report to the IT director, led a team of 10, delivering IBM SOA Foundation Platform to clients. • Functioned as principal architect in 3 different projects for three different delivery departments. • Delivered using J2EE, Websphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server, Rational Software Architect (RSA), IBM FileNet ,WebSphere Integration Development (WID),WebSphere business Modeler (WBM) ,WebSphere Business Monitor and WebSphere Process Server. • Led the digital adoption of the construction permits national platform, migrating such process to IBM solutions, turning the ministry to 1-stop shop, reducing permitting turnaround by 80%.

• Reported to director of service delivery, managing a diverse team of 15+ developers and leading 6+ application architect in 24X7 delivery, across multiple countries, continents, and time zones. • Designed and led the development of a government e-services portal, leveling J2EE, Websphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server, LWWCM and Rational Software Architect (RSA). • Successfully delivered the government e-services portal, for a mega-project of 200M USD, delivering 5000 digital government-to-consumer services, to 26 million beneficiary residents.

• Led the delivery of 3 key accounts’ digital transformation projects (250M+ USD) in the government, healthcare, and financial services industries. • Hand-on delivery of projects involving J2EE, Websphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server, IBM DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server, AIX production environment Rational clear case, Rational software architect, Rational Rose.
