• Analyze and improve industrial productivity. • Responsible for the establishment and execution of glass containers manufacturing process in the Hot-end area. • Solve problems that may disrupt or hinder production and that may appear when analyzing the production report. • Optimizing quality, service and productivity levels while insuring the integration of standards and contributing to technical aspects of projects. • Report the production progress regarding each order to the production manager, and coordinate with the quality department for the finished product approvals. • Working on products change over (Job change) improvements and Updating using SMED technique to maximize productivity while minimizing machine downtime.

Working on glass bottles production lines by ensuring product and process quality meets specifications required, Support and leading process improvement activities to improve manufacturing productivity and using SAP to make maintenance orders and defects notifications.
