Major Projects & Achievements in DH :  Delivered IT Transformation Roadmap and Strategy for DH and all companies moving to a centralized IT shared services center of Excellence generating an OPEX saving of around AED 93M and rationalizing IT headcount significantly.  Led the digital transformation roadmap for the group and worked in conjunction with IBM and developed a multi cloud orchestration strategy ensuring that the portfolio of hybrid IT applications were transferred to the cloud thereby ensuring digital apps could be launched for the company. The project rolled out was over AED 50 million  Delivered a 5 years IT transformation roadmap strategy for TECOM Group across all business units and companies, involving (30 CxO’s, AED +150M projects value)  Led the IT cloud transformation – moving DH whole group to Microsoft office O365 with more than 3 million Dhs of Saving.  Rolling out key automation systems in the organization (Oracle ERP, Yardi asset management, GIS, Hyperion financials, budging and planning systems, PMS and LMS, etc)  Obtained ISO 20k for Service management systems & IT governance & ISO27001 for security

Managed the IT group for delivering a state of the art business & smart solutions to TECOM Group in Particular and Dubai Holding entities in general (Including Dubai Holding Corporate, Mall of the World, D3, Dubai Properties Group, AMG, Global Village, Dubai Health Care City, Empower, EIT, Smart City) Major Projects & Achievements:  Led the technology transformation of d3 Real Estate business management. Responsible for YARDI implementation in d3 and TECOM Group  Led the GIS implementation in TECOM swift integration to various applications including but not limited to YARDI, Oracle, and Salesforce and building management systems.  Supervised the GIS implementation in DCCA  Led successfully the largest ERP implementation/upgrade in the Middle East on Oracle Ebusiness Suite R12 for Dubai Holding.  Supported AXS Community Portal implementation on Salesforce.com that automated all processes related to TECOM’s Government Services including but not limited to, Visas, Renewals, Letters, Cancellations, Students and dependents for all people in the Business parks  Responsible of the introduction of Yardi Property management system to automate and enhance TECOM’s commercial leasing portfolio.  Introduced the new Email Archiving solution that increased dramatically the size of staff mail boxes and increased the reliability of the corporate email.  Successfully implemented a full DR site and BCM for Dubai Holding  Successfully transformed Data Center servers to Virtualization Technology  Successfully managed the implementation of the new Dubai Holding portal on Microsoft SharePoint 2013. This project also included the roll out of document management system and corporate collaboration

- managing two different departments, the Information Security & Network Services. - Provide special technical guidance and recommendations to the Information Technology department and business about the risks and control measures associated with new and emerging information systems technologies. - Manage the Dubai Holding MIS systems and Dashboards for financial, HRMS, procurement, project management, property management. - Provide DH in-house expert leadership to prepare, implement and periodically update information security strategies, policies, architectures, standards, and other technical requirement documents needed to enhance security. - Provide and manage all networking services (Operations, management, Disaster Recovery sites, Support, Plan, Data Center, Routing, Switching, IP telephony and Infrastructure) to all Dubai Holding organizations. Major Projects & Achievements: - Established the Information Security Department for Dubai Holding from scratch. - Established the Network Services Department for Dubai Holding from scratch - Certified Dubai Holding for the ISO 27001 (BS7799). Successfully implemented and managed the ISO for Dubai Holding assets, people and information. - Successfully Implemented many major projects for Dubai Holding such as: Disaster Recovery Site, Three Data Centers with full Infrastructure which supports all DH entities. - Conducted complete security awareness campaign (presentations – newsletters – posters) for all the staff in Dubai Holding. - Management and Installation of WebSense (Internet Traffic Monitoring System) and Ncircle (Network & system vulnerability assessment & management system), Quest Logs Mgmt, Iron Port Anti Spam), and many other confidential systems. - Successfully implemented four different systems for the secure email mobile phone access
