Involved Projects: • DW044-P03 Roads and Infrastructure in Al Mearad and Southwest of Muaither - Package • Umm Al Dome Improvement Project. (Road And Infrastructure) • Flowmeter Installation for TSE Customers - Doha Major Intersection Area • Refurbishment And Upgrading works for Various Pumping Stations Project Description : The projects included Road Network, Paved footpath, Foul sewer lines, TSE pipeline, Surface Water drainage Pipeline, Dry utilities, LED Street Lights, Irrigation System, Sewage Pumping station works. Duties & Responsibilities: * Preparing Payment Application/progress payment claim against Value of Work done for measured works, Variations /Change orders, Material On-Site/Off-Site, Fluctuations, and Special payments in accordance with the contract and uploading the Payment Application via ASHGHAL online systems (PM Web, APMS). * Preparing and compiling variation claim documents with all relevant substantiation to the satisfaction of the Engineer/Employer. * Prepare & compile the “Final Accounts Payment application” with relevant substantiation and documents as per contract obligations. * Analyze and Recommend Subcontract payment applications based on the actual progress of S/C work Coordination with Package Managers and subcontractors. * Attend progress meetings and provide updates to the Client with the projection of costs as required, Visit the Site as and when required to monitor progress. * Identify the variation item and prepare the variation order sheet as per the Condition of the Contract. * Prepare & compile the Prolongation Claim, Covid Claim, Min Wages, Material Escalation. * Maintain logs for claims and thereby agree with variations/change orders. * Analyzing and reporting on Consultants’ and Contractors’ cost reports and cash flows. * Prepare and Finalize of Cost to Complete (CTC) and Cost Value Reconciliation.

Public Library Building development project, Sri Lanka. Duties & Responsibilities * Preparation of Interim Valuations, Final Payments, preparing cost estimates. * Valuations forecasting the budget and reporting on the present costs and interpreting the financial risks that were involved in the project. * Co-ordinate and communicate with all companies and departments as required for the execution of the project. * Rate analysis requirements for estimates, variations & claims.

Asphalt Overlaying – Package I, New Road & Bridge for Ministry of Defense and Urban Development. Ampara, Sri Lanka Duties & Responsibilities * Preparing and rating the BOQ and tender documents. * Preparing project pre estimating, rate analysis, making Input percentage for BOQ for preparing Escalation, preparing the Quotations for vendors and Suppliers. * Work progress review and preparation of status reports. * Evaluation of contractor’s Interim & final account payment. * Preparing & checking SSR (Special Schedule of Rates) and HSR (Highway Schedule of Rates).

Vocational Training Centre – Ampara, Sri Lanka. Administration building and Doctors quarters development Project. Sammanthurai, Sri Lanka. Duties & Responsibilities * Taking off quantity from drawings & site measurements. * Preparing Subcontractor’s bills & Valuations. * Preparing material and labour reconciliation and labour distribution. * Maintaining site records/documents such as variations, site instructions, claims, etc.
