As part of a consultant management contract for a program of more than 60 infrastructure and construction projects , with a total budget of more than \$1 billion, my objectives are as follows: ▪ Participate as one of the trainers in the training sessions for the client’s project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors related to the implementation of the National Water Company’s projects management manual “PMM”. ▪ Participate in the training sessions for the client’s project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors related to the implementation of professional management tools and procedures. ▪ Participate as one of the trainers in the training sessions for the client’s project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors related to applying Oracle’s Primavera Unifier Facilities and Asset Management for getting completely automated projects. ▪ Assists on priorities projects as per Strategic Business Objectives. ▪ Follow up and ensure the application of projects governance and PMM. ▪ Monitor ongoing projects performance against approved KPIs. ▪ Analyze projects status and prepare reports highlighting all the potential risks and issues facing the project and suitable solutions. ▪ Periodic evaluation for the contractors, and consultants. ▪ Prepare project progress follow up a dashboard and update it as requested. ▪ Prepare Management Reports and presentations: for example, reports on the status of projects, milestones, deliverables, risks, and mitigation strategies.

As part of a Program Management Contract (PMC) for a program of more than 10 mega construction projects in the real estate development field, with a total budget of more than \$2.5 billion, my objectives were as follows: ▪ Directs the overall planning of construction activities to identify critical milestones and priorities. ▪ Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule. ▪ Communicate with the client, project stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to keep them informed of the project's progress and address any concerns they may have. ▪ Manage the project team, including hiring and managing subcontractors, as well as coordinating the work of the various team members. ▪ Manage the project's risks by identifying and mitigating any potential risks to the project, such as cost overruns or delays. ▪ Ensures effective implementation of all Company and client policies and procedures, including labor relations policies. ▪ Prepares periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher-level management and clients.

As a project manager of a Partnership contract, I was responsible for more than 7 construction projects with a total budget of more than \$100 million. My objectives were as follows: ▪ Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects. ▪ Manage the budget and resources for construction projects. ▪ Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet the needs of all stakeholders. ▪ Resolve conflicts between stakeholders on construction projects. ▪ Ensure that construction projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. ▪ Meet with clients to discuss project progress and requirements. ▪ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. ▪ Motivate and lead teams to achieve project goals. ▪ Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction project management principles and techniques.

As part of the program management staff with the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation (MWRI), I was responsible for a program of more than 50 infrastructure and construction projects with a total budget of more than \$100 million. My objectives were as follows: ▪ Develop a detailed project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments. ▪ Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members. ▪ Coordinate with various teams, including design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met. ▪ Ensure the project adheres to quality standards and regulations. ▪ Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders. ▪ Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors. ▪ Identify and resolve technical issues and problems that arise during the project.
