Providing the engineering deliverables, procurement, and construction for 67 kilometers of track, including 48 kilometers of via-ducts, 5.5 kilometers of shallow tunnels, 22 stations, and nearly 13 kilometers of deep underground tunnels constructed through some of the most congested districts in Riyadh. Additionally, executing the required permanent and temporary infra-structure networks, roads, and streetscape works. Scope: PMCM for the client, Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC). The project was subject to EPC Contract between the contractor and the client. Responsibilities: • Develop, configure, and optimize construction processes from inception through to startup and handover. • Ensure the implementation of HSE corporate strategy and project safety plans at site work fronts, maintaining due diligence in operations. • Lead the weekly project meetings and walkthroughs to monitor progress and address issues. • Monitor and report program delivery, ensuring on-site delays are recorded and opportunities and potential threats to the pro-ject’s success are identified, with mitigation plans established. • Assign and monitor the KPIs for the contractors, track performance, and implement mitigation measures as needed. • Review and assess possible contract changes with the Commercial Team. • Engage in stakeholders’ management with external entities, including authorities and other projects. • Manage the handover processes to the operator, ensuring all employer requirements are met.
