Purchasing: Supply Chain - Subcontract: Analyzing the projects requirement and support the operation department with the best vender with best pricing (Testing, Inspection, TPI, Machining, Repairing, Coting, Logistic, Heat treatment Manpower, Ranting machine). - Purchasing: Receiving inquiry from the departments and find the specific Item to be delivered to operation. (Industrial tool, consumable items, row materials, parts, and heavy equipment) - AVL: Creating Profile for new venders based on the company requirements and insure all the venders are maintaining the validity of their certification and performance. - Contract: Creating Price Agreement to deliver the services with fixed price to avoid the market changes and to reduce the time for requesting the purchasing. - Costing: Support Sales and Estimation Department with latest services and goods Pricing. - ERP: Using "Infor" to request the Purchase order and to maintain the purchasing database for faster tracking and analyzing.

Building Maintenance Engineer: HVAC, MEP and Inspection: - Chillers system, Air Handing Unite (AHU), Fan Coil Unite (FCU) and Ventilation system. - Carryout all preventing maintenance for Fire-Fitting, Pumps and Elevators. - Lighting, Control System of the Building, Backup Central Battery System, Sensors and Low Voltage Equipment. - Water storage, Water System (Sewage, Rain and Drain) and Pipeline. - Inspect the structure of the internal building to ensure a water Isolation from underground water and carryout a necessary procedure to avoid any damages. Project Engineer: - Steel Constructions: Stores, Insulated Roofs, Staircase, Signs, Platforms. - Steel Fabrication: Pressure vessel and tank, Brackets, Joint, Industrial Parts - Supervisor: Carryout all the process needs to complete the works. Prepare the document need to start and finish the works. Communicate with all the departments to ensure that works done accurately and efficiently
