Old Town Infrastructure – Alula – KSA Client: Royal Commission for AlUla - RCU Budget: 52,000,000 SAR Design and implementation of complete infrastructure works for AlUla Old Town Heritage Site. Revival of AlUla Old town – Alula – KSA Client: Royal Commission for AlUla - RCU Budget: 67,000,000 SAR Restoration and adaptive reuse of Old Town Heritage Buildings to convert it to welcome center, retail shops, restaurants, cafés, handicrafts, toilets, outdoor plazas, road improvements. Responsibilities: • Managed infrastructure and heritage site development projects in AlUla for the Royal Commission. • Directed engineering deliverables and facilitated approvals with authorities. • Ensured compliance with sustainability standards and historic preservation criteria. • Led interdisciplinary coordination and stakeholder engagement efforts. • Delivered project milestones in alignment with budget and schedule targets.

Projects: DIP Automotive Development – Dubai – UAE Client: Al Futtaim Real Estate Budget: 93,000,000 AED Construction and finishing of Al Futtaim Automotive Mall that includes 2 Show Rooms (Lexus, Volvo, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge) with fully equipped service center. Mirdif City Centre Mall Expansion – Dubai – UAE Client: MAJID AL FUTTAIM – MAF Budget: 342,000,000 AED Mall Expansion which includes 6 new welcome courts, prayer rooms, cinemas, new car parking floor, and the interface with the existing mall. Responsibilities: • Managed retail and automotive projects from design through construction. • Supervised execution of high-end finishes and MEP systems. • Ensured integration of new construction with operational facilities. • Oversaw project planning, resource allocation, and contractor performance. • Coordinated closely with major clients such as Al Futtaim and Majid Al Futtaim.
