At Saudi Trips DMC (part of Al Matar Group), I’m responsible for driving international B2B partnerships and expanding our presence across Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. My role includes: - Developing and managing partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. - Promoting Saudi Arabia as a destination for Leisure, Umrah, and MICE. - Leading sales initiatives to generate high-volume deals and quick-win opportunities. - Preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to potential partners. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. - Focused on building long-term collaborations and positioning Saudi Trips as a trusted DMC partner for inbound travel to Saudi Arabia.

- Preparing and delivering lessons to improve students' reading, writing, and conversing skills. - Developing educational content such as notes and quizzes. - Assigning activities to facilitate students' consolidation of learning material. - Tailoring your teaching style in accordance with students' needs. - Managing interpersonal dynamics to ensure that the class is conducive to learning. - Tracking and reporting on students' progress. - Remaining up-to-date with our learning software. - Ensuring that your equipment is in good working condition at all times.

- Researching prospective and potential international markets, pursuing leads and following through to a successful sales plan. - Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing business opportunities with partners or potential customers to meet planned sales targets. - Excel at cold-calling, sending engaging emails and presenting solutions that gradually widen client portfolio. - Closing new business deals, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Collaborating with project management and vendor management teams to ensure business growth and complying to the global quality standards. - Delivering regular reports to the management regarding sales and account management activities.

- Maintain an effective service system in customer Service center regularly to ensure efficient working throughout working hours. - Maintain and collect daily log and service report from technicians and gather information on faulty products and systems for necessary action. - Ensure compliance to all service center staff regulations to ensure effective working of company. Monitor all service enquiries and procedures to ensure completion of all clients’ requirements.

- Manage the translation between the Chinese engineers and the Egyptian workers. - Listen to complete statements in Chinese, translates to Arabic, and translates responses from second into first language

- Responsible for the translation between the Chinese managers and the Egyptian customers .

- Opens customer accounts by recording account information. - Maintains customer records by updating account information. - Attracts potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. - Convert text and audio recordings from Chinese language to Arabic Language.

- Got selected to have the chance to study Chinese language and literature at one of the top five universities in China. (Confucius Institute Scholarship Recipient)
