▶️ Missions: ✅ Modernize, renovate, and strengthen the drinking water production and distribution infrastructure, including water treatment plants, pumping stations, reservoirs, water towers, transmission pipelines, distribution networks, and high-voltage substations. ▶️ Main Tasks: ✅ Contribute to the design of drinking water production and distribution facilities. ✅ Oversee the proper execution of projects. ✅ Manage all project phases, from initial planning to the drafting of final specifications. ✅ Coordinate teams of engineers and drafts team. ✅ Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. ✅ Carry out technical studies essential to the success of the projects. ✅ Design and implement medium- and low-voltage power supplies. ✅ Conduct hydraulic studies related to pumping and regulation systems. ✅ Develop automation solutions tailored to the facilities. ✅ Estimate project budgets and analyze bids as part of the procurement process

▶️ Missions: ✅Create quotes and proposals for utility piping, boiler making, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and instrumentation projects. ✅ Participate in large-scale projects in national and international contexts across various industries: Pharmaceutical (GSK/Takeda/PolyPeptide), Energy (Electrabel/Engie/CARBIOS), Construction (Prefer/Lhoist/Fluxys), Data Centers (GBL6-Google). ▶️ Main Tasks : ✅ Analyze specifications and client requests (measurements, Bill Of Materials "BOM," cost estimation, etc.). ✅ Evaluate feasibility and potential risks for the company. ✅ Define the required human and technical resources for project execution. ✅ Consult suppliers or subcontractors. ✅ Estimate direct and indirect costs of the projects. ✅ Lead the defense and negotiation of projects with clients. ✅ Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient execution of the various phases of the project.

▶️ Mission: ✅ Manage, plan, control, and monitor activities related to studies, master plans, regulation, water conservation, geographic information systems (GIS), , and call of tenders. ▶️ Main Tasks: ✅ Prepare studies for potable water supply projects in rural and urban centers within the southern Tunisian territory. ✅ Monitor, evaluate, and analyze water volumes produced, distributed, and consumed in the southern Tunisian districts. ✅ Develop tender documents (Draft tender documents including technical specifications, measurements, and annexed documents, analyze technical and financial bids, and prepare bid evaluation reports in compliance with public procurement legislation applicable to SONEDE). ✅ Schedule rehabilitation actions for water supply and distribution networks. ✅ Monitor the behavior and diagnose the existing network in the southern Tunisian territory. ✅ Plan and oversee leak detection actions using the latest technologies (correlation detection, electro-acoustic methods, AQUAPHON, and remote monitoring). ✅ Supervise data entry, updates, formatting, and the production of plans within the GIS database. ✅ Command and oversee personnel assigned to the service.

▶️ Missions: ✅ Schedule, plan, supervise, and coordinate with other internal and external entities for the efficient management of hydraulic and electromechanical systems. ▶️ Main Tasks: ✅ Develop and oversee the execution of preventive maintenance programs for networks, hydraulic infrastructures, and electromechanical systems (pumping stations, booster stations, desalination stations, etc.). ✅ Diagnose, analyze, and propose solutions to technical issues affecting hydraulic infrastructures and electromechanical systems. ✅ Launch consultations and tenders related to pipeline extensions, civil engineering, connections, and framework agreements. ✅ Schedule, inspect, monitor, and control the execution of works carried out either in-house or by subcontracting companies. ✅ Plan connection and equipment maintenance works in collaboration with regional maintenance, production, and new construction teams. ✅ Ensure timely execution of claims and services requested by the administrative department. ✅ Inspect maintenance, connection, and repair works for damages and leaks, as well as supervise in-house connection installations. ✅ Perform quantitative and qualitative inspections of works during execution and upon completion. ✅ Establish contradictory attachments and forward project files to the administrative department for payment. ✅ Conduct daily monitoring and tracking of the operation of hydraulic structures and distribution and production indicators. ✅ Control the updating of network plans at the level of work units. ✅ Review, verify, and analyze monthly and annual activity reports of the department. ✅ Track and control minimum and maximum stock levels and update stock records. ✅ Plan and monitor the maintenance works for fixed and mobile equipment.

▶️ Missions: ✅ Supervise all stages of a project from start to deliverable product. ✅ Address all technical, financial, and relational needs related to the ongoing project. ✅ Ensure logistics management and team coordination. ✅ Take charge of work schedule management. ✅ Implement preventive actions in case of unforeseen issues. ✅ Ensure compliance with budgetary and technical constraints for each project. ▶️ Main Tasks: ✅ Prepare daily and monthly progress reports for projects. ✅ Prepare the technical proposal. ✅ Develop the project execution schedule. ✅Organize steering and project follow-up committee meetings. ▶️ Reference Projects: ❇️ Engineering, connection and interconnection (monitoring), and hydraulic testing of 07 "Flowlines" with diameters ranging from 6 to 14 inches (Client: MEDCO ENERGI). ❇️ Engineering, construction (monitoring), testing, and inspection of a "Shelter" for an analysis laboratory (Client: Eni TUNISIA). ❇️ Engineering, construction (monitoring), testing, and inspection of a gas pressure reduction skid (Client: Eni TUNISIA). ❇️ Engineering, construction (monitoring), testing, and inspection of 09 chemical injection skids (Client: SONATRACH). ❇️ Engineering, construction (monitoring), and hydraulic testing of a 10 km, 12-inch gas pipeline (Client: MEDCO ENERGI).
