I work as a Project Engineer at the Saudi Electricity Company in the Projects Department. My responsibilities include managing the project from start to finish, including reviewing submissions from contractors for proposed designs of materials and construction workers and directing them to the relevant department for study and approval. I also hold weekly and monthly meetings to review the project progress and discuss and solve any problems that arise to enable us to complete the remaining work. Additionally, I conduct inspections of materials and installations, coordinate between multiple departments to obtain work permits or approvals executed by them, and conduct technical interviews for contractor engineers to approve them for work on the project.

Preparation and implementation of QA/QC policies and procedures. - Responsible for all electrical inspection related to installations, testing, commissioning etc. - Preform inspection of all electrical materials deliveries. - Conduct daily inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installation. - Conduct and attend all electrical inspection with client/consultant representatives. - Submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers. - Prepare method statement and ITP's in coordination with QA/QC senior engineers and Project engineers. - Prepare daily & weekly QA/QC report regarding inspection, material, Non conformances etc. - Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals. - Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid Certificates. - Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including nonconformance report, request for inspection, material inspection request, site observation and other QA/QC documents. - Reviewing Purchase order before ordering of material to ensure it's in compliance with project specification and approve it.
