▪ Developing a project schedule that includes the entire project scope of work, client requirements, schedule hierarchy, division of responsibility, schedule review, approval requirements, and distribution. ▪ Produce of all project plans and associated documents (“S” curves, Histograms, tabulated man hour / progress data) ▪ Assessing actual progress versus planned progress to determine trends and variances. • Analyzing schedule trends, determining risks and developing options for corrective action. • Prepare Dashboards, weekly & monthly progress reports for PMC. • Revising Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports. • Prepare KPI reports for major items on regular basis. • Perform Delay Analysis for Extension of Time claims. • Preparing Revised/recovery schedule as required. • Prepare Subcontract agreement schedules according to the approved baseline. • Reviewing and approving Subcontractors Schedules, then monitoring their progress. • Review and Comment look ahead program by Weekly/Monthly basis and recommend recovery actions. • Provide the Project Team with the relevant planning and reporting information. • Periodically updating schedules to include scope changes, latest progress and delivery information.

▪ Review, analyse and comment the Baseline schedule of the project as per client’s requirement & contractual documents. ▪ Review the updated programs, verification of progress, evaluation of plan cost and earned value costs, estimate the time of order elements of changes and evaluation of contractor requests extension of times. • Review and Comment monthly, weekly & daily progress report from contractor with site condition. • Prepare Dashboard, weekly & monthly progress reports for client. • Prepare Dashboard and monthly progress reports for the management. • Review the KPIs charts, Cash flow chart & Manpower chart by weekly/Monthly basis. • Coordinating with Client and Contractors for the smooth progress of work at site. • Review and Comment look ahead program by Weekly/Monthly basis and recommend recovery actions. • Monitoring and analysing requirements for personnel, equipment and materials long lead items. • Participate and advise accordingly in the process for approval of the Contractor’s claims related to extension of time. • Administer the process for collection of data and preparation of regular weekly/monthly reports to the Employer and DAR’s PM Core team.

▪ Updating Baseline Schedule on a weekly basis using primavera P6. ▪ Develop project progress/ Status report critical path, trend analysis and performance evaluation. ▪ Preparing, supervising, and monitoring Subcontractors and supplier schedules and reports to ensure timely completion of their works as per the Schedule ▪ Preparing Revised/recovery schedule as required. ▪ Analyzing, evaluating, forecasting project performance. ▪ Preparing Revised/recovery schedule as required. ▪ Monitoring day to day work progress for Terminals works. ▪ Identifying any potential delays and recommend strategies to avoid such delays. ▪ Extension of time (EOT) Claims and delay analysis.

▪ Prepare and update project schedule based on the contract using Oracle Fusion Applications. ▪ Set work program and target milestones for each phase based on the project plan. ▪ Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management. ▪ Prepares and submit updated work program and cash flow curve showing actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishes means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities. ▪ Monitor day to day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program and report. ▪ Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manage. ▪ Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary. ▪ Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required. ▪ Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work. ▪ Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required. ▪ Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budge. ▪ Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

▪ Planning & scheduling the overall projects using primavera P6 v8.2. ▪ Analysing the project progress, the delays, and give the feedback to meet the project goals. ▪ Monitoring the critical paths to determine effect of changes on the schedule. ▪ Revising the time schedule according to monthly progress percentages. ▪ Preparation of Tender documents for Water harvesting projects. ▪ Tender evaluation for various consultants & contractors offers. ▪ LOI/LOA writing for various types of projects. ▪ Revise Particular Conditions of Contracts. ▪ Payment revising and issuance for various types of projects (Target Cost Contracts, Measurement Contracts, Plant and Material Contracts, EPC turnkey Contracts, and Lump-Sum Price Contracts). ▪ Contract management for Contractors and consultants. ▪ Contracts negotiation.

▪ Perform quality control activities for site performed activities such as inspection requests, material testing & daily reports. ▪ Check & follow up quality of executed works and its conformity to executed standards and specifications and reporting to Senior QC Engineer. ▪ Supervise site reinforced concrete works (carpentry of form works, steel reinforcement installation, concrete pouring). ▪ Perform site work inspection for concrete works of permanent concrete work for Rumela & Burdana spillway structure, power house and power intake concrete structures. ▪ Supervising the erection of the Contractor's site facilities, the construction of the two clinics as well as the Employer's & Engineer's Offices.

▪ Responsible for construction of one span bridge (60 m) and number of box and pipe culverts. ▪ Modifying and preparing shop drawings for box or pipe culverts by determining its length depending on the design level and invert level, and to get them approved. ▪ Preparation of the Bar Bending Schedules for each culvert and have them approved. ▪ Providing the subcontractors with approved shop drawings and bar bending schedules. ▪ Providing subcontractors with all needed construction materials; reinforcement steel, cement, aggregate, water and concrete pipes. ▪ Following up, supervising, inspecting, and evaluating the subcontractor’s performance. ▪ Approving the subcontractor’s quantities submitted in their payments invoices. ▪ Reporting status, work accomplished, work in progress to the site manager.

▪ Site works supervision (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical works). ▪ Preparing weekly expenses and labour payments for the projects. ▪ Estimate and order the required equipment, manpower and materials according to project work schedule. ▪ Attending weekly progress meetings with the consultant and client representatives. ▪ Preparing As-built Drawings. ▪ Prepare final accounts for projects activities.
