The post graduate certificate (PGCert) in Educational and Leadership Management was designed to meet the interests of leaders at all levels who are keen to improve their leadership and management understanding and practices. This programme aims to strengthen leadership and management skills, and enables educational leaders to apply theory and ideas within the workplace and utilise existing and emerging research-informed knowledge of educational leadership internationally. Furthermore, it enables leaders and managers to develop, broaden and deepen their critical understanding of the organisation and the environment.
