- Lead and guide the entire Supply Chain Department (Procurement & Assets and Inventory & Logistics and Equipment Maintenance) - Manage country supply chain team staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, training, evaluations (consistent with Weatherford HRMS performance appraisal guidelines) and disciplinary action to support continued development and enrichment, - Prioritize, schedule and delegate responsibilities and work assignments to help achieve established goals in an efficient manner, - Understand all management activities including leading, controlling, monitoring, adjusting, organizing and planning, - Work with the product lines, balance supply with demand, considering both lead time and demand variability, - Responsible for accuracy for all inventories and assets under the responsibility or the country and proper accountability, record keeping and placement. It is the prime duty of the Supply Chain Manager to ensure that the physical stock of company assets &inventory agrees with the books, - Define safety stock, implement reordering policies including min-max and demonstrate understanding of key inventory management ratios and parameters, - Monitoring inventory transactions to avoid slow moving or obsolete items and improve Days Sales Inventory (DSI) and Monitor Assets transactions to avoid non utilized Assets and improve Assets turn over - Demonstrate knowledge of various contracts (supplier as well customer); local custom requirements, Brussels Tariff Coding system and trade agreements such as GCC, NAFTA, EU etc.., - Maintain company processes and enhance the company’s quality management system, - Establish KPI’s, benchmarking metrics and continuous process improvement initiatives to improve process quality on a continuous basis and calculate KPI’s such as turnover ratio, inventory valuation, slow moving inventory, excess inventory, DSO,DSI etc.

- Invited by MENA senior management to involve in Task Force team created to check and find the not found value in 2008 count (44 MM) which we handled and located more than 40 MM in the ground or was on wrong records - Visited the mentioned countries to support all supply chain team in Algeria – Tunisia – Kuwait – Dubai – Abu Dhabi – Qatar – Yemen – Saudi – Pakistan – India – Turkmenistan to set OWDI and supply chain organization - Leading Oman & Saudi Assets and Inventory control project to build and support supply chain organization

2005 - Libya : Invited by WF Libya management to work with their Inventory team and reduced their variances from 4.5% to Less than 1% 2006- Abu Dhabi :Invited by Abu Dhabi management and Region senior management for project to reduce Abu Dhabi Assets count variances from 10 MM not found to 600K and correct the Assets records to match with physical records 2006- Qatar :Invited by senior management in Qatar project to updated Inventory records on Orbit to match with physical records.

- Created Assets & Inventory and Purchasing department in Egypt to handle all WF Egypt requirements on centralization base, with implementing a local soft ware to control Egypt Purchasing and Assets & Inventory - Trained all warehouses staff on inventory management and warehouse operation system

Managing all Foreign and local purchase requisitions, from requesting time til delivery time, and control all warehouses in remote locations

Controlling all warehouse activities including purchasing and prepare materials delivery schedule to all clients - conducting complete study for all Aramco auctions

Controlling all in/out materials to the bases in Hurgahad and Cairo

Controlling all in/out materials

Responsible about all activities in warehouse and pipe yard
