I as Lumin Soft’s CEO oversee the implementation of our business’s mission to develop groundbreaking software applications that enable business expansion and digital transformation. My tech career started twenty years ago, with the foundation of a solid education background that I gained from my Degree in Computer and System Engineering from Ain Shames University. I started as a Junior Software Engineer, rapidly progressing through the positions of a Technical and a Leadership role—everyone of them contributing to my improvement in software development, project management, and strategic planning. From hands-on programming to managing complex projects, I've had an all-around involvement in every aspect of software engineering, which later I headed as a CTO before taking the office as CEO at Lumin Soft. I am using my technical capabilities and leadership skills to create a conducive environment that supports innovation at Lumin Soft. I am a strong believer in mentoring my team, fostering a learning environment that is always growing, and staying at the cutting edge of technology trends. It is not only to meet the client's requirements but to exceed them. With each solution, quality and creativity are the benchmarks.
