* Responsible for Authoring, Reviewing and Approving GxP complaint documentation. * Service specialist (end to end ownership) for a Documentum D2 based Archival Solutions Application on client side. * Responsible for design strategies for migration of data and validation of data. * Expected to Develop or hold deeper expertise on Documentum Product Suite and other dependent technologies. * For Example,. * o Currently a SME for Documentum D2 based life sciences solution Submission Store View. * o Holds expertise on Core Java and Documentum API based programming skills. * o DevOps and Digital technologies trained professional. * Responsible for Application Solution Design, Code and Deployment review. * Part of Documentum Center of Excellence (CoE) core team which helps customer with implementing and/or improving the required level of Documentum Product service management processes as defined within ITIL framework for service delivery processes. * Responsible for managing Business stakeholders, Internal and External IT vendors on distributed multi-vendor environment.

* Analyst involving Application Development, Product Upgrade, Data Migration and Support planning. * Involves in designing and reviewing Java/Documentum API based utilities to perform bulk data (Approx 6 TB of data) migration from legacy systems. * Involves in Bug Fixing, Production Support review, Implement Changes/Enhancements. * Involves in Requirement analysis for new enhancements. * Author, Review and Approve Technical Installation plans based on client IT standard. * For Example,. this project involves Documentum Submission store view (SSV), a D2 based life sciences solution. perform a POC and write a technical document based on client IT standard. * Perform security and performance review/tuning of Documentum Product Suite based applications. * Handle technical escalations and perform Root Cause Analysis. * Involve in Research and Development of latest Documentum Product versions to assess and implement the same to optimize the existing application usage and performance for clients.
