DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Preparing all types of Shop Drawings • Preparing New Projects Quantity Take-off MEP Services. • Coordinating with the other services such as civil, architectural, and mechanical services. • Preparation of MEP Coordination, System Schematic, Sections, Elevation, and Load Schedule & Generate Builders Work Layout, Electrical Outlets Wall Coordination Layouts as per Furniture Locations & Coordination Levels. • Prepare Electrical Room Details with Incomer / Outgoing Details, Cable Sizing, Breaker Sizing. • Coordinate with Mechanical Services and Provide Power Provisions as per Approved Mechanical Equipment Capacity and Final Locations. • Perform Voltage Drop Calculation, Breaker Selection, and Cable Tray Sizing Calculation as Directed by Technical Manager. • Modifying Revise Consultant Comments, Correct Operating Deficiencies to Enhance Quality of Service Installation and Maintenance Accessibility. • Maintain Log Sheet for the Projects as Directed by Technical Manager. • Prepare As-built Drawings as per Redline Drawings Received from Site and as Directed by Technical Manager. • Ability to follow instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings using the company and government drafting standards. • Implement consultant comments on drawings and perform site inspection to assure that construction is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. • Generated Installation details drawing using Auto CAD. • Maintain revision control on drawings and follow company standards for an organized system of maintaining files. • Preparing BOQ measurement for MEP works and checking drawings for accuracy of the calculation.

• Preparing all types of Shop Drawings as per Dewa approval for Small Power, Lighting, Extra Low Voltage (ELV), Fire Alarm, Power Containment, Substation, LV & MV Room Arrangement, Bus Bar System Drawings, DB Balancing, SMB Schedule, All the Schematic Diagram, Reflected Ceiling Coordination (RCP), Building Management System (BMS), Builders Work, MEP Coordination, All the Section and Elevation Layouts, HVAC, Fire Fighting &, etc.). • Preparing Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings & Detail Drawings for New Projects. • Coordinating with the other services such as civil, architectural, and mechanical services. • Develop Detailed Shop Drawings for Electrical Lighting and Power in Line with Project Specifications, Approved Material Submittals, IFC Drawings, and Current Local Authority Requirements in Effect. • Preparation of MEP Coordination, Load Schedule & Generate Builders Work Layout, Electrical Outlets Wall Coordination Layouts as per Furniture Locations & Coordination Levels. • Prepare Electrical Room Details with Incomer / Outgoing Details, Cable Sizing, Breaker Sizing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Preparing Lighting & Home Automation Design & Drawings including lighting control, AC control, Curtain control, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and Audio system. • Study and Interpret Project specifications and Schedules. • Takeoff/ Estimate and price items from assigned product lines through the supply chain. • Selection, Pricing, and preparing quotations as per specification and BOQ received, for assigned Products. • Finding various brands and suppliers to get different price ranges to prepare quotes according to the project requirements. • Contacting suppliers to find the required materials from the local market and international market for the projects • Purchasing materials from the suppliers needed for the projects. • Follow up with international suppliers for the timely delivery and other technical clarifications • Preparation of submittals. • Preparation and maintenance of all related drawings records and files for submission and future reference. • Supporting the Sales team by providing technical assistance and documentation • Assisting project engineers by preparing documents for the projects and attending technical meetings and also helping them to meet day to day site requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Architectural, Civil & MEP Draftsman. with more than 2 Years of Experience in the same organization. • Assisting to prepare drawing for all parts of Architectural, Civil & MEP works in High rise buildings as well as industrial buildings. • Assisting to prepare shop drawings for rebar schedule and all parts of MEP works for approval. • Good working experience in 2D & 3D presentation Drawings. • Preparing complete drawing in AutoCAD 3D Modeling. • Giving Technical advice to site supervisors and scheduling all construction activities on site. • Assisting to prepare MEP builders' work & composite drawings. • Preparing 3D Model Drawings & Walkthrough. • Taking off Measurements & Levels by Instruments.
