My name is Mohamed Hussein, and I am working as a Planning Engineer at SAPAC for Construction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. My practical experience commenced as a site engineer, overseeing the execution of various civil and structural works, ensuring quality and adherence to construction drawings. Subsequently, I transitioned to a site engineer role, executing mobile network towers with Vodafone Egypt and Huawei, supervising site activities from excavation and foundation works to tower erection.Currently, I work as a planning engineer, tasked with developing the project schedule. This is based on a meticulous understanding of on-site work sequences, estimating the time required for each activity, and identifying necessary resources such as labor and equipment. I am also responsible for updating the project schedule, determining progress percentages, identifying causes of delay, and preparing claims for time extensions or additional costs.
